Account Executives role

Each client is assigned an Account Executive(AE).  Your AE is here to make this part of your job responsibilities easier. 

Your AE will provide you with suggestions, quotes, pricing, research, etc., to help you find the right products that fit your budget.  Because we carry both apparel and incentives, over 800,000 items, it takes someone who is both creative and organized.

Your AE will look to function as almost an employee of yours, helping you stay ahead of the curve.  We’ll look to get some understanding of your business, and what your CALENDAR OF EVENTS looks like.  This way we are constantly looking for deals and ideas for you.  Of course many of your needs will also be last minute, and your AE will be able to help you there as well.

This is one area of differentiation of KEVIN’S.  You should also know that:

Each AE has a Team Partner, who can also answer questions in case your AE is unavailable

Each AE has a Team Leader, should you need additional assistance.

Your AE will share best practice across a wide range of clients and projects.

Your AE can offer “Program Pricing” based on your yearly volume.

Your AE can structure Programs to meet your individual needs

Your AE is trained to look for sales for you

Your AE will coordinate with our Research department to bring new ideas to you. This takes much of the pressure off you to find the newest or most unique items.

Your AE will make the order process easy. 

Your AE will help you to stay organized.  If your needs are more extensive, we have all kinds of ways to keep you updated on your various orders.

Your AE will help you market product, come up with fundraiser ideas, etc., really anything to help.

With this structure, we are able to offer hometown service, with the quality and service standards of a national organization.
