Embroidery:
Embroidery is the use of a specially designed embroidery/sewing machine to create a design from a digitized pattern. The design, sewn into the fabric, provides a professional, upscale look for casual business attire, bags, hats, etc.
Embroidery prices are determined by the actual number of stitches your logo requires to embroider it. Web pricing includes up to 8000 stitches, which covers most logos. If your logo exceeds this, we will contact you directly to discuss any possible additional charges.
The typical timeframe for custom embroidery is about 7-10 business days from order placement until the day it is shipped. This timeframe can vary depending on a number of factors, including order size, garment chosen and how detailed your artwork is. Rush delivery is also available.
On request, we will produce and mail you a sew-out for your approval before your order goes into production. Please keep in mind that requesting a sew-out may delay your order a few days.
There is a 12 piece minimum for all custom embroidery orders.
Screen Printing is a method of printing a color design through a silk or other nylon screen on which the parts of the design not to be printed have been blocked. By using multiple screens, a number of colors may be in the design.
Custom Screen Printing prices are determined by the number of colors in your artwork, the number of locations to be printed on the garment, and the color of the garment itself. Garments that are dark in color are generally more expensive than white or light colored ones.
There is a 12 piece minimum for all custom screen printed apparel orders. Please keep in mind that the cost per shirt decreases as the number of shirts you order goes up.

Our design studio allows you to see exactly how your finished garments will look. The studio allows you to see the size, color and placement of your logo or design on any product we offer before you place an order.
Printed samples are not available for custom screen print or embroidery orders due to the cost and time required to set up a job.
Digital Printing
Using a state of the art digital printer, your color design or photographic image is printed directly to the garment. This decoration option is perfect for small orders or for printing single shirts for personal use.
There is no minimum order required for digitally printed apparel.
